GB/T 5313-1985 Thickness Oriented Performance Steel Plate
This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection and acceptance, and packaging, marking and quality certificate of thick oriented performance steel plate (hereinafter referred to as steel plate). This standard applies to thick steel plate of cold-rolled electrical steel sheet (hereinafter referred to as sheet) which is produced by a single-stand cold rolling mill with the thickness of 0.35~4.00mm and the width of 320~2000mm.
The steel plate specified in this standard has two types according to the mechanical properties in the thickness direction: Type A-high strength steel plate with minimum yield strength not less than 1400MPa; type B--high formability steel plate with minimum yield strength not less than 1200MPa. The corresponding technical requirements of mechanical properties, occurrence and size of defects, decarburization depth and surface finish of steel plate are specified.
This standard specifies methods for sampling, mechanical properties, decarburization depth, occurrence and size of defects, surface finish, and marking, packaging, quality certificate and inspection and acceptance of the steel plate.
This standard is equivalent to IEC 60404-3-3 Ed. 1.0/95-01-15.
This standard was initially proposed by the Institute of Electrical Equipment of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
This standard was drafted by the Research Institute of Electric Drive Engineering & Technology of China Electric Equipment Group Corporation, the Electric Equipment Research Institute of Chongqing Electric Power Company, the Institute of Electrical Equipment of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and Xinhua Steel Co., Ltd.
The flutter organization responsible for the issuance of this standard is the Institute of Electrical Equipment of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
This standard is a revision by replacing GB/T 5313-1985. Compared with GB/T 5313-1985, the content has been adjusted as follows: increasing the surface finish requirements, and increasing the marking requirements of steel grade; in addition, the editor and editor organization have been changed.
This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on March 23, 2017, and adopted on May 25, 2017. This standard took effect on the date of issuance.
The previous edition was revoked and replaced by this standard after due adoption.
