Shandong High-speed Group Sichuan Leyi Highway Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Shandong High-speed Group Co., Ltd., which is one of the Top 500 Enterprises in China. Established in April 2011, it is a professional highway construction and operation company, focusing on expressway investment, construction and operation in the Sichuan-Tibetan Plateau economic zone.
Since its establishment, the company has adhered to the development path of high-quality, high-speed and efficient construction, and has implemented the construction of the capital of Tibet and the first highway project of Sichuan-Tibet in Chengdu-Langzhong. It has completed more than 15 highway projects and formed the pattern of Chengdu-Langzhong, Chengdu-Sichuan, Diqing-Sichuan and Chaoyang-Sichuan.
In 2020, Shandong High-speed Group Sichuan Leyi Highway Co., Ltd. plans to invest 3.2 billion yuan in the construction of the new Sichuan-Tibet expressway in Qinghai, and will start construction in the first half of 2020. The project is located in Markam and Shenzha area of Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Qinghai Province with a total length of 130km and total investment of 4 billion yuan. It can realize a two-way four-lane configuration, which can reach the design speed of 80km/ h, shorten the travel time and improve the transportation capacity of the region.
After completion and operation, the Sichuan-Tibet expressway will become an important artery connecting Sichuan, Qinghai and the Tibetan Autonomous Region. It is of great significance to further promote the economic and social development of the three places, and will make an important contribution to the construction of the “Belt and Road” and the “Great Westerns Development”.
