1.单元试验/ Unit Test
一、范围 Scope
本试验规定了用于鉴定或确定材料或材料是否符合工程要求的参数测定和控制。
This test sets prescribed parameters for testing and monitoring to identify or ascertain if material or substance complies with engineering requirements.
二、定义/ Definitions
1. 实验单元(Test unit)：试验时使用的，可以用于实验测试的机器或样品的部分。
Test Unit: A part of a machine or sample that is used for testing purposes during the experiment.
2. 参数(Parameters)：实验单元的测量和/或控制变量。
Parameters: Measurement variables and/or control variables of the test unit.
3. 试验(Test)：针对特定材料,样本或样品的应力,变形或损伤测试。
Test: Stress, deformation or damage testing of specific materials, samples or specimens.
三、试验条件 Conditions of Test
1. 样品应在cleam室中安装,放置或存放,以确保在实验过程中没有任何破坏或污染等不当因素。
Samples should be installed, placed or stored in a cleanroom to ensure no damaging or contaminating factors during the experiment.
2. 在试验时，样品环境温度应符合实验测试要求。
The environment temperature of the sample(s) should comply with the testing requirements during the experiment.
3. 可使用机械或电子测量仪器进行测量和观察。
Mechanical or electronic measuring instruments can be used for measurement and observation.
四、试验方法/ Test Method
1. 测量参数：使用适当的机械或电子测量仪器，测量试验单元的参数并与其标准值或上限/下限值进行比对。
Measurement of Parameters: Using the appropriate mechanical or electronic measuring instruments, measure the parameters of the test unit and compare them with its standard value or upper/lower limits.
2. 控制参数：使用精确的控制器、执行机构以及电气控制方法，精确地控制试验单元的振动、旋转、压力或其它参数。
Control of Parameters: Using precise controllers, actuators and electrical control methods, precisely control the vibration, rotation, pressure or other parameters of the test unit.
3. 样品适用性：采用各种质量控制/检验/测试标准，确保样品的材料、设计和机械性能符合工程要求。
Sample Suitability: Utilizing various quality control/inspection/testing standards, to ensure the material, design and mechanical performance of samples meet the engineering requirements.
