1 Introduction
With the development of industrial manufacturing technology, CNC vertical floor milling machines have become more and more widely used in the processing of complex components in many factories. It is necessary to ensure the balance of the hydraulic system of the CNC vertical flooring milling machine so that the precision, stability, and accuracy of the machining can be effectively improved. The balance of the hydraulic system of the CNC vertical floor milling machine is mainly achieved through hydraulic lifting of the components, hydraulic feedback, pressure regulation and compensation. This paper focuses on the pressure balancing and compensation of the CNC vertical floor milling machine, to ensure the accuracy of the parts processing and help the factory improve its production efficiency as soon as possible.
2 Theory
The hydraulic balance of the CNC vertical floor milling machine is mainly achieved through hydraulic lifting of the components, hydraulic feedback, pressure regulation and compensation.
2.1 Hydraulic lifting of components
The purpose of hydraulic lifting of the components is to obtain the exact position of the components by storing the displacement of each component, which can be used to calculate the position and location of the components on the CNC vertical floor milling machine. This is especially important for the precision of a large number of parts processing.
2.2 Hydraulic feedback
Hydraulic feedback refers to immediately collecting the displacement data of the components and matching the displacement data with the pressure values sent by the valve, so as to properly adjust the lifting position of the components according to the actual pressure and obtain the desired lifting position.
2.3 Pressure regulation
Pressure regulation is to adjust the pressure of the system after the complex component is installed on the CNC vertical flooring machine and the component is carried on a fixture or a workpiece to prevent any deviation or deformation when machining the component.
2.4 Pressure compensation
Pressure compensation is to compensate for the pressure imbalance caused by the wear of the system. The pressure compensation can redistribute the load of the system and obtain the most reasonable pressure value to ensure the accuracy of the machining process.
3 Process
3.1 Hydraulic lifting of components
Before the machining of complex components, the CNC vertical floor milling machine first requires hydraulic lifting of the components. When the components are being lifted, the displacement values of each component should be noted, so that the position of the component on the CNC vertical floor milling machine can be accurately calculated.
3.2 Hydraulic feedback
When the complex component is installed on the CNC vertical floor milling machine, the displacement of the component is ordered for feedback according to the data obtained in the hydraulic lifting stage, and the displacement of the component is adjusted to achieve the desired lifting position.
3.3 Pressure regulation
After the displacement adjustment is completed, the pressure of the system should be readjusted according to the data obtained in the hydraulic feedback stage to prevent any deviation or deformation when machining the components.
3.4 Pressure compensation
In order to compensate for the pressure imbalance caused by the wear of the system, the pressure adjustment value is sent to the valve compensation actuator to adjust the pressure distribution of the system and obtain the most reasonable pressure value.
4 Conclusion
The hydraulic balance and pressure compensation of the CNC vertical floor milling machine is an important factor to guarantee the processing accuracy of the components. This paper analyses the main points of hydraulic balance and pressure compensation of CNC vertical floor milling machine, which can help the factory to effectively improve its production efficiency.
