Abstract
With the development of the market economy and the reform of state-owned enterprises, the core task of the state-owned enterprises is to optimize the structure, improve the operation efficiency and realize sustained and stable development. To achieve this goal, paying attention to the culture innovation of state-owned Enterprises has become a key measure to promote the development of state-owned enterprises. Culture is the soul carrier of enterprise values, the fundamental purpose of enterprise culture innovation is to deeply understand the current external environment to innovate new development strategies; the second is to create the most suitable enterprise values to meet the actual development needs of the enterprise.
This paper investigates the present situation of culture innovation of state-owned enterprises, analyzes problems existing in its development and puts forward improvement strategies.
