Firstly, when the mechanical parts of the CNC machine do not move smoothly, i.e. running stuck, clutches and bearing components should be checked respectively. Firstly, check whether the lubrication part is normal, and whether there is oil on the guide rail. If there is no oil on the guide rail, it is generally caused by insufficient lubrication oil. Secondly, check whether the motor and transmission belt, gears and other drive components are normal, and check whether there is wear and tear on the shaft head and bearing and whether the any components are broken or not. If any components are broken, replace them with new ones.

Secondly, when CNC machine are stuck, manual inspection of the spindle or the connection of the spindle and the tailstock is required. First of all, check whether the spindle is damaged, whether there is any deformation, and whether the axial runout and radial play are in normal range. Secondly, check whether the mating parts of the spindle and tailstock are normal, whether the clamping force is sufficient, and whether the sawtooth is stuck. Then check the grinding parts of the screw nut and feed nut of the servo mechanism, whether there is any burr and doubt, which leads to slipping and causing the machine tool to be stuck.

Finally, when the mechanical parts of CNC machine are stuck, some joints should be checked. The collocation between drive screw, guide rail and motor should be checked. Whether there are any burrs and gaps between gap, guide rail and drive screw connection, whether the force between them is uniform, whether the connection is done well, it is also need to check whether the degree of tightness of nut is normal.
