Jiaozuo Mining Bureau
Jiaozuo City Mining Bureau is a local administrative organ supervised by Jiaozuo Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and belongs to Jiaozuo municipal government. It is located in Luoyang Road, Jiaozuo City, Henan Province. It was established in June 2010. The main responsible departments are Henan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and Jiaozuo City Bureau of Industry and Information Technology.
The main functions of Jiaozuo City Mining Bureau are to organize, coordinate and implement the policies, regulations and laws related to coal and other mineral resources, promote the safety production and sustainable development of coal and other mineral resources, guarantee the resources rights of the state and the legal rights of the minerals and enterprises, and strengthen the supervision and management of coal and other mineral resources.
The main work of Jiaozuo City Mining Bureau is to carry out the professional supervision and management of mineral resources in Jiaozuo City. It is responsible for the construction safety management of mine enterprises in Jiaozuo City, the occupational health and safety management of mines, the environmental management of mines, the reserves management of coal and other mineral resources, the extraction management of coal and other mineral resources, the legal consultation of mines and other related work.
Since its establishment, Jiaozuo City Mining Bureau has been carrying out special inspection activities of equipment and safety protection system of coal and non-coal mines, carrying out unit and site safety production inspections, carrying out the audit of legal mining qualification of mines, carrying out reclamation review of mining enterprises and mining land renewal, conducting safety production reviews of mining enterprises and hazard investigation of on-site workplaces of mining enterprises, etc., as well as making the relevant management regulations and technical documents of mining industry, actively carrying out the standardized management of mining industry, and doing a solid job in resource conservation, safety production, risk control, etc.
