Operation Procedures of CCH-600 Hydraulic Cattle Head-block Bed
I. Purpose
This document defines the operating procedures of the CCH-600 hydraulic cattle head-block bed manufactured by Henan Shengyin Cattle Products Co., Ltd.
II. Scope
This document applies to all personnel responsible for the operation and maintenance of the CCH- 600 hydraulic head-block bed.
III. Safety
1. Safety Instructions
(1) Check whether the power is off before performing any electrical work.
(2) Wear electrical work gloves when touching the power switch.
(3) All maintenance and repairs must be carried out by qualified personnel.
(4) Read the instruction manual carefully before operating the machine.
(5) It is strictly forbidden to disassemble and repair affected components during operation.
2. Safety Precautions
(1) Keep the surface of the head-block bed clean and free of debris.
(2) The operator must be familiar with the performance characteristics of the equipment.
(3) The pressure of the hydraulic system should not exceed its design pressure.
(4) Keep the hydraulic system pressure lower than the operating temperature.
(5) Always carry out inspection and maintenance of the pressure relief valve and unloading valve.
(6)It is forbidden to stretch the tether rope or pull the tether rope to start the head-block bed.
(7) Check for the presence of the guardrail, cattle head-block and tethered rope before using the machine.
3. Safety Operation
(1) Ensure that all safety facilities are in proper working condition before using the head-block bed.
(2) Start the auxiliary power supply in advance, and warm up first before using the head-block bed.
(3) Switch on the power and increase the pressure slowly, and then start the operation.
(4) After the head-block bed is started, the operator must remain at the designated location and control the pressurization.
(5) The pressurization of the head-block bed must be done slowly, and the pressure should not exceed the design pressure.
(6) Check to ensure that the cattle head-block is in its original position after the head-block bed has been in operation for a few seconds.
(7) After the work is completed, release the pressure of the head-block bed, and then cut off the power.
(8) The operator must maintain a safe distance from the head-block bed when operating and observing the operation.
IV. Procedure
1. Inspection
(1) Check whether the power supply is normal before starting the operation.
(2) Check whether the hydraulic and cooling systems are working properly.
(3) Inspect and ensure the normal operation of the cow head-block.
(4) Inspect and ensure the normal operation of the tether rope.
(5) Check the presence of the guardrail, cattle head-block and tethered rope.
2. Pre-operation
(1) Switch on the power.
(2) Turn on the fan, auxiliary power supply and water pump.
(3) Open the cooling system in order to warm up the machine and lubricate the parts of the head-block bed.
(4) Open the pressure relief valve and unloading valve to reduce the pressure of the hydraulic system.
3. Operation
(1) Put the cattle head-block in the proper position, and start the head-block bed.
(2) Check to ensure that the cattle head-block is in the center position.
(3) Slowly increase the pressure of the head-block bed, and start to pressurize the cattle head-block.
(4) Monitor the pressure reading on the pressure gauge, and ensure that the pressure does not exceed the design pressure.
(5) Check whether the cattle head-block is firmly in its original position.
(6) When the cattle head-block is in its proper position, pressurize it to the desired pressure.
(7) When the desired pressure is reached, lower the pressure of the head-block bed and stop the pressurization.
4.Post-operation
(1) Release the pressure of the head-block bed.
(2) Shut off the main power supply.
(3) Close the cooling system, switch off the fan and water pump.
(4) Clean up the air and hydraulic hoses of the head-block bed and clean the surface with a dry cloth.
V. Trouble Shooting
1. If the pressure of the hydraulic system is too high or too low:
(1) Check the pressure relief valve and unloading valve for any leaks.
(2) Check the cooling system to see if it is working properly.
2. If the pressure of the head-block bed is too high or too low:
(1) Check the pressure relief valve and unloading valve for any leaks.
(2) Check the pressure range setting of the pressure regulator.
3. If the head-block bed is not working:
(1) Check for any power supply problems.
(2) Check the electrical connections and switches.
(3) Check the power supply lines and the control circuit.
VI. Maintenance
1. Maintenance of the Head-block Bed
(1) Clean the head-block bed regularly.
(2) Check the pressure relief valve and unloading valve regularly.
(3) Check the hydraulic system pressure regularly.
2. Maintenance of Cattle
(1) Inspect the cattle frequently.
(2) Check the pressure relief valve and unloading valve regularly.
(3) Check the tether rope and head-block regularly.
VII. Conclusion
The above is the operating procedure of the CCH-600 hydraulic head-block bed. It is important to comply with the above operating procedures, maintenance requirements and safety precautions to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the equipment.
