For me, I think my most remarkable characteristic is that Im determined. I firmly believe that as long as one puts in enough effort and doesnt give up, he or she can be successful. This determination has helped me persist and overcome obstacles and difficult situations. Whenever I am in the middle of a problem, I dig deeper and find resources to figure out the answers.

My determination also helps me stay motivated and focused when Im facing challenging tasks. I am willing to put in the extra time required to finish the job properly. When I was studying for my college exams, I often took time to read more materials and take more notes even if it means I wont be able to get enough sleep on the day of the exam.

Finally, my determination has helped me to become a better leader. I am able to inspire others to stay motivated and fight for their goals. Additionally, I am able to take charge and do whatever it takes to meet the goals. Its my determination that helps me strive for greatness, maintain a positive attitude, and stay enthusiastic even when times get tough.
