Operation Procedures for Model 9315 Bottom Blow Core Machine
I. Preparation Before Starting Operation
1. Check the external power cord and ensure power supply meets the technical requirements in the electric wiring diagram.
2. Check if the power switch is placed in the “off” position and the main power is switched off.
3. Check that all bolts, nuts, and connecting rods, etc. are fastened.
4. Check if the devices on the supporting table and chassis are complete, in good condition and without damage.
5. Check if the operating environment humidity is between 45%-90% and the ambient temperature is between -10℃ and 50℃.
6. Add lubricating oil to the transmission parts, drive shaft, etc. and ensure that the lubricating oil is sufficient.
7. Check if there is debris at the edge of the bottom mold.
8. Check if the area around the working platform appears chaotic.
II. Mold Installation
1. Install the bottom mold to the lower press splint and ensure the installation of the lower press splint is correct.
2. Install the top mold to the upper press splint and ensure the installation of the upper press splint is correct.
3. Confirm that the upper and lower press splint mounting position is correct.
4. Install the middle mold and ensure the correct installation position.
5. Fill the lower, middle and upper molds with sand and smooth the surface of the sand with a brush.
III. Closing Operation and Other Operations
1. Press the start button and the bottom blow core machine runs automatically.
2. If necessary, adjust the punching force and time on the touch screen according to the requirement of the product.
3. When the core is completed, check the adhesion and build of the core.
4. If an automatic core removal device is used, remove the core from the mold.
5. Remove the sand from the upper, middle, and lower molds.
6. Wipe the surface of the molds with a dry cloth to clean the molds.
7. Stop the bottom blow core machine and press the power button “Off”.
IV. Maintenance
1. Regularly lubricate the transmission parts, such as the transmission shaft, to ensure the bottom blow core machine runs smoothly.
2. Regularly clean the surface of the bottom blow core machine, the tabletop and the area around it to ensure the operation environment is clean.
3. Check if there is damage or leakage at the connection parts of the pipeline and promptly clean up the debris.
4. Add lubricant oil to the control parts and fastening components to ensure the components meet the requirements.
V. Safety Tips
1. Wear protective equipment during the operation (such as dust masks, goggles, protective gloves, aprons, etc.) to prevent injury.
2. Do not touch observed parts during operation, as they are likely to be hot.
3. After the operation is completed, the dust in the mold should be cleared regularly and the air outlet should be kept clean.
4. Components and machine parts that are not compatible with environmental safety regulations should be disposed of safely.
5. Do not exceed the specified pressure, as it may cause serious damage to the bottom blow core machine.
6. All maintenance work must be carried out by a trained operator.
