一、基本术语

1. Automation(自动化)

Automation is the use of machines, equipment and software to replace manual labor and improve operational efficiency and accuracy. Automation can be applied to various aspects of a production process, including design, manufacturing, assembly, testing, packaging and shipping. Automation reduces human effort, introduces consistency, and increases productivity by eliminating errors and repetition.

2. Displacement(位移)

Displacement is a measure of the difference in linear or angular position of a moving object from its initial position. Displacement is typically measured in terms of distance from a fixed reference point. It can also be expressed in terms of angular motion, such as total rotations or the angle of a joint.

3. Dynamics(动力学)

Dynamics is a branch of mechanics concerned with the motion of bodies as affected by forces. It studies how forces affect the motion of objects and how objects respond to forces. It involves the study of energy, momentum and torque, and can be used to describe the motion of objects and the forces that act on them. The study of dynamics helps engineers design efficient mechanical systems that can perform their tasks with minimum energy input and maximum efficiency.

4. Efficiency(效率)

Efficiency is a measure of how efficiently a device or system can perform a given task. For machines, efficiency is usually a measure of how much energy or effort the machine uses to perform the given task, and how much useful output it produces in comparison. Machines that produce more output and consume less energy in the process are considered to be more efficient than those with lower outputs or higher energy inputs.

5. Fabrication(制造)

Fabrication is the process of constructing a machine or structure from individual parts. It involves the assembly of components, materials and processes to create a finished product. Common fabrication techniques include welding, machining, cutting, forming and casting. Fabrication is an important part of mechanical design and engineering, as it allows engineers and designers to create the exact components and structures needed to build a functional and reliable device or system.
