The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) is the China’s key macroeconomic planner and regulator, with the key responsibility for economic policy coordination, economic and social development, formulation and implementation of policies, regulatory and supervision for pricing, reform and development programs for regional and industrial economy, and reform and development of state-owned enterprises.
