Operation Procedure of Sliding Bed
1. General rules
This operating procedure mainly concerns the safety operation of sliding bed in the construction site. All staff participating in the operation process must carefully read this operating procedure and practice it in accordance with the requirements to avoid accidents.
2. Preparation before operation
(1) Before each operation, the operator should wear labor protection supplies and tools (such as gloves, goggles, masks, etc.) in strict accordance with the requirements;
(2) Check the suspension structure of the sliding bed to see if the components are complete and intact, the bolts and connecting parts are reliable, the connecting parts of the pull cable are intact;
(3) The rubbing surface of the sliding surface of the sliding bed is lubricated and lubricated, and the roller and rolling bearing are filled with grease;
(4) Check the sliding bed to see if the surface is smooth and free of impurities, and the edge of the surface should be equipped with protective board;
(5) Wear the seat belt of the operators seat and adjust the seat to a comfortable position;
(6) Start the sliding bed, check the normal operation of various shifting devices and the indication value of various instruments.
3. Operation procedures
(1) Before operation, the operator must check whether the operation power supply is normal and whether the grounding is reliable;
(2) After confirming that all situations are normal, click the operating hand switch, move the traction cable and the guiding cable to the bed head, fix the traction cable and the guiding cable with the pulley and the bolt;
(3) Start the engine, adjust the idle speed to a suitable value, and fill it with engine oil and coolant to ensure the normal operation of the engine;
(4) Start the control switch, slowly move the friction roller to the head of the bed and press the circular ball valve to slowly feed the friction roller along the sliding bed stage;
(5) Press the accelerator to change gear and slowly move the friction roller along the sliding bed track until the end of the sliding bed stage is reached;
(6) After reaching the end of the sliding bed, move the friction roller to the bed head and press the circular button to slowly feed the friction roller along the sliding bed stage;
(7) After finishing the operation, press the control switch to stop the engine and turn off the power supply.
4. Post-management maintenance
(1) After the sliding bed is stopped and the power is cut off, carry out external cleaning, lubrication and maintenance on the machine;
(2) Regularly check and fill in the lubricating oil and the coolant;
(3) Collect and store operating documents and records;
(4) Check and store the accessories of the equipment.
5. Safety requirements
(1) During the operation of the sliding bed, all personnel must not get close to the moving parts of the equipment and must wear safety helmets, safety belts, protective shoes and so on;
(2) It is forbidden to touch the high-pressure parts and running parts of the equipment, and it is forbidden to open the guards of the equipment;
(3) Resolutely prohibit unauthorized modifications and repairs of the equipment, and the inspection and repair shall be carried out by professionals;
(4) Non-operators must not stay in the operating area;
(5) Stop working when the wind is strong and the environment is humid.
