Product standardization
Product standardization, also known as product type normalization, is an important measure to improve the overall level of product technology, promote the integration of products, reduce the production cost and improve the marketability of products. It is a necessary measure to promote the development of the industry and realize the economic effect of scale production.
Product standardization includes two aspects, the variety of product standardization and the technical requirements of product standardization. Quality standardization
Quality standardization is an indispensable part of product standardization. Quality standardization proposes unimpeded idea for enterprise to realize the modernization of product technology and process equipment, the improvement of product quality and reliability, and the reduction of production cost and time. Quality standards are usually expressed in specific technical requirements or manufacturing processes.
Quality standards refer to the standards set by the customers or related countries to the production and quality of goods. Quality standard system includes specifications, marks, methods and procedures. Only when the quality standard system is strictly enforced can the customer guarantee the consistent quality of the goods.

The process standardization is to make the production process, the production technology and the production capacity of an enterprise unifying into a single system, establish a unified production process and condition, and realize the formulation of production processes suitable for the expected quality of products and production environment.
The process standardization has the following effects:

The general mechanical standardization is divided into two categories, product and quality. 质量标准化
质量标准化是产品标准化不可或缺的部分,质量标准化为企业实现产品技术与工艺装备的现代化、产品质量和可靠性的提升、生产成本和时间的降低提供了无障碍的思路。质量标准通常以具体的技术要求或制造工艺形式表达。
质量标准是客户或相关国家对货物的生产和质量所设定的标准,质量标准体系包括规范、标志、方法和程序,只有严格执行质量标准体系,才能保证产品质量持续一致。
质量标准化在质量保证方面具有以下好处:
