Sintering production system is a new sintering production process developed by our company. It is designed to improve sintering production efficiency and meeting the requirements of environmental protection standard.
Firstly, the materials used in sintering production system are all natural materials extracted from the earth. The sintering production process starts with the raw material going through specific steps:
1. Raw material preparation: This is done to separate the iron ore particles, minerals, and other impurities from the raw materials. The iron ore can be further crushed, screened, concentrated, and washed, depending on the required specifications.
2. Extrusion: This is the process of forming the iron ore into pellets or briquettes of specific shape and size. The Extruder consists of a feeder chamber, a forming body with an Extruder, and a fluidized bed furnace. Extrudates are fed into the feeder chamber, which forcer the materials through the Extruder. The Extruder forces the iron ore particles and minerals through a die, producing products of the required shape, such as cylindrical pellets and briquettes.
3. Drying: Drying is necessary to remove moisture and other volatile content from the Extrudates. This process can be done by natural air drying or hot gas drying.
4. Sintering: This is the process of heating the Extrudates at a high temperature in order to increase the surface area, reduce grain size, and give the material a high quality surface.
5. Cooling: This process reduces the material temperature and also enables it to be packed properly.
6. Packing and Shipping: After the final product is achieved it is sent to the customers in the form of packed containers.
With our new sintering production system, the whole sintering production process is monitored and controlled by computer system. The computer system can monitor and adjust the temperature, pressure and speed of the Extruder, as well as the amount of moisture and other volatile components present in the raw materials. This ensures that the material meets the required sintering production standards.
Moreover, this system has a power saving function. The system is designed to save energy consumption by increasing the thermal efficiency and reducing the electricity consumption. Additionally, it reduces the cost of production by reducing the waste produced in the process.
Our sintering production system is also equipped with a comprehensive exhaust gas cleaning system to meet the requirements for environment friendly production. This system absorbs the dust and other contaminants present in the exhaust gas and prevents them from being released into the atmosphere.
