This technology is suitable for gas products with purification temperature from 200 ̊C to 500 ̊C. The purification system is composed of a heat exchanger, a gas cooling unit, an adsorption humidification tower and a gas recompression device. The process is divided into two stages. In the first stage, the high temperature and high pressure flue gas produced by the steel refining furnace is taken out of the furnace through the flue and passes through the desulfurization and decarbonization equipment, and then enters the heat exchanger. Through two levels of heat exchange, intelligent temperature control, the flue gas temperature drops to 200-300℃. In the second stage, the cooled flue gas passes through the gas cooling unit, where the temperature is further reduced to 45-60℃. Then the cooled flue gas enters the adsorption humidification tower for further cooling, purification and humidification. After passing through the adsorption humidification tower, the temperature of the flue gas is further reduced to 45-60℃. The purified and impure gas is then separated and reused as combustible gas.

This technology not only improves the efficiency of energy utilization and environmental protection, but also reduces the energy consumption of the steel plant and saves energy. The purified combustible gas is rich in calorific value, and its moisture content is low, so it can be used as the fuel of various burners with good combustion characteristics.
