Zibo Wandag Stock Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zibo Wandag”) is a company incorporated in the Peoples Republic of China, in accordance to the laws of the PRC in January, 2000. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Baosteel Group Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Baosteel”) and a member of China Association for the Promotion of International Trade (hereinafter referred to as “CAPIIT”).
