iPhone Project Final Acceptance
In June 2017, the company ABC Telecom contracted a project to XYZ Technology Pvt. Ltd. to develop a new iPhone app. The app is the first of its kind for ABC Telecom, developed for their internal enterprise use. XYZ Technology was given a timeline of 6 months to develop, test, and roll out the app.
On December 15th 2017, ABC Telecom conducted the final acceptance of the delivered iPhone app. The final acceptance process is a series of tests and checks to ensure the app meets the previously negotiated requirements. As per order from ABC Telecom, XYZ Technology conducted the tests with their software engineers and test engineers.
The final testing and acceptance process of the iPhone application tested the functionality of system design and implementation. The core functionality included the login process, user management, access controls, navigation and other core features of the application. After rigorous tests and validations, all users were able to have access and use the application without any issues.
The following criteria were used as part of the final acceptance process:

• Reliability: The application was tested with various scenarios to ensure stability and robustness.
• Usability: Each page was tested to ensure that the user interface is intuitive and user friendly.

• Installation: The installation process was tested to ensure it was successful and easy to use.
After the whole acceptance process was completed, all the results and test cases were gathered in a report which was provided to ABC Telecom. The report also detailed the overall performance and results of the application as compared to the originating requirements.
This report also included the name and contact details of the team at XYZ Technology and other related documents. The complete report was approved and signed by both ABC Telecom and XYZ Technology and the project was deemed to have been successfully completed.
Overall, this acceptance process and project was successful, came within the estimated timeline, and met all the requirements. ABC Telecom and XYZ Technology both came to an agreement that the application has met all the necessary criteria and can now be used in the company with no issues.
