China Railway Second Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. (CR2EB) is a state-affiliated professional engineering contractor under the direct administration of the China Railway Group and the Ministry of Transport. It is a super large corporation with a state-level enterprise and a total of 110,000 registered employees. An experienced and qualified designer, builder, and construction manager, CR2EB has made tremendous contributions to the construction of many iconic projects such as the Beijing Capital International Airport, the Shanghai Pudong International Airport, the Qinghai-Tibet Railway, the Yongding River Underwater Cross-river Tunnel, and the Dalian Anshan-Liaoning Railway.
