3. Order
3.订购
3.1 The ordering party should choose the steel grade and specify the allowable deviation range of chemical components, hot-rolled steel plate or forging piece standard and cold-heading steel standard before order.
3.1 订货方在订购前，应选定钢级，指定化学成分的允许偏差范围、热轧板材或锻造件的标准及冷镦钢的标准。
3.2 The order should specify the following items:

a) product specification (steel grade, dimension and form);
a）产品规格（钢级、尺寸及外形）；
b) quality certificate and report shall be attached (contents include chemical component analysis, mechanical properties analysis and inspection results)
b）应附有质量证明书和报告（内容包括化学成分分析、力学质量分析及检验结果）。
