This paper introduces a newly designed non-contact parametric data acquisition and quality control system, a CNC pneumatic welding track machine, for a factory that produces metal products for many years. This system can help the company maintain its competitive edge by providing accurate and reliable information about the quality of the products, ensuring that the quality parameters meet customer requirements.

Firstly, the purpose of the system is to collect real-time data from the CNC pneumatic welding process and provide feedback to the workers and supervisors on the quality of the products. This system will be designed to detect and measure the welding characteristics such as weld height, weld width, weld bead height, and weld surface characteristics. This system will provide real-time feedback to the weld operators and supervisors, allowing them to make more accurate decisions on the quality of the welds.
