Shanghai Automotive Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to asSAGC), located in Shanghai, China, is a Sino-foreign joint venture enterprise formed by Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation (SAIC) and Volkswagen Group in June 1995.
