Sintering material mixer installation is a process of planning, installation and testing of the equipment. It is an important part of production preparation and process before entering production to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
1. Installation Planning
Before installing the sintering material mixer, several preparatory work should be done:
1) According to the performance requirements of the mixer and the actual use of the plant, consider the material used, design, production materials, etc., confirm the mixer model and corresponding components;
2) According to the system flow diagram provided by the manufacturer to carefully plan the entire installation process;
3) according to the specific installation site to determine the safety distance between the equipment, to ensure safe and reliable use;
4) Prepare tools and materials needed for installation, including welding machine, grinder and steel pieces.
2. Installation
The installation of sintering material mixer includes the base installation, piping installation, electrical installation and control cabinet installation.
1) Foundation installation: The base should be level and flat, lay on the concrete foundation, the foundation should keep a certain elasticity, and fix it with anchor bolt;
2) Pipeline installation: According to the requirements of the process flow diagram, install the pipeline needed for the system, ensure the pipeline is in a straight line and the bending angle of the elbow is correct;
3) Electrical installation: Connect the power supply as required and ensure that the power supply meets the requirements of the equipment;
4) Control cabinet installation: Install the control cabinet and connect the power supply.
3. Testing
After the installation of the sintering material mixer is completed, the static and dynamic tests should be carried out to ensure its working performance.
1) Static test: It is to check whether the mixer is level and stable, the parts are installed firmly, and whether the connecting pipe is leaking or not;
2) Dynamic test: Running test, including motor starting and stopping, shift speed, stirring and other tests, observing working status and whether discharged material is normal.
