Yunchang County Building Materials Lightening Company (YCL) was founded in December 2015 as part of the regional China-Korea industrial development agreement. The company has grown rapidly since its inception, now operating five main facilities across the province.

Its main products are cement and mortar-based lightweight blocks, fibrous concrete and new building materials, such as recycled plastic foam.
