1. Pre-operation Inspections
Before using the SZ124 swing-type mixing sand machine, it is necessary to check the parts of the machine. The inspection items should include the rotating parts of the motor, the belt drive, the safety protection device, and the lubrication system, etc.
2. Start-up Requirements
When starting the machine, the amount of sand and water should be appropriately adjusted according to the purpose. After the two materials are evenly stirred and well blended, the power switch of the swing-type mixing sand machine must be turned on. The machine automatically starts working after the start button is pressed.
3. Working Principle
The SZ124 swing-type mixing sand machine consists of an electric motor, a reducer, a swing unit and a mixing tube. The exclusive swing unit drives the mixing tube to make a swing motion, so that the material can be mixed evenly and effectively in a very short time.
4. Operation Procedures

6. Post-operation Procedures
a. After completing the job, turn off the power switch.
b. Use a brush and cloth to clean the mixture surface of the swing-type mixing sand machine.
c. Check the miscellaneous objects in and around the machine.
d. Check the lubrication system and replenish the lubricating oil in a timely manner.
e. If any abnormality is found on the inspection and inspection, it is necessary to conduct a repair in time, and the repaired parts must be tightened and fixed in place.
7. Other Safety Precautions
a. No person shall be allowed to touch the running parts of the machine.
