1. Types

3. Performance Parameters

The operating pressure shall be within the range 20 kg/cm² and 95 kg/ cm² and the operating viscosity shall be within the range 0.015 Cp to 0.018 Cp.
5. Safety Devices
For the purpose of preventing over-temperatures and over-pressures, one-stage semi-hermetic piston refrigeration compressor shall be equipped with a complete set of safety devices (for example, pressure relief valves, pressure cut-outs, temperature cut-offs etc.).
6. Materials
The materials used for the components of one-stage semi-hermetic piston refrigeration compressor shall be of high-strength and long-lasting to make sure its good performance.
7. Quality Control and Acceptance
The suppliers of one-stage semi-hermetic piston refrigeration compressor shall conduct a strict quality control in accordance with GB/T 10875-89. After the inspection of the product, it shall be accepted by the purchaser.
