HNPSC spray type water film dust collector
The HNPSC spray type water film dust collector is a new type of advanced dust collection equipment developed and produced based on the principle of spray type water film dust collector. HNPSC spray type water film dust collector consists of a spray tower, collecting and distributing unit, water dosing system, dust recycling device and central mixing unit. A series of steel pipes are connected to the tower to form a full loop spray system. A special nozzles is installed at the top of the tower to spray water atomized along the inner wall of the tower to form a water film. The dirt particles and smoke in the air are sprayed with water droplets and impacted by water vapor in the tower, and finally be adsorbed on the water film, leaving no dust in the air.
The water droplets discharged from the bottom of the tower are collected and treated by the recycling unit, and the clean air enters the settling chamber for further cleaning, which in turn enters the air exhaust system. The treated water is recirculated by water metering system. The central mixing unit is used to adjust the water supply of each nozzle to ensure the spray effect of the water, and to optimize and balance the water injection pressure in the system.
