China National Automobile Industrial Company (CN-AMC) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chinas state-owned automotive industry. The company is responsible for producing a variety of vehicles, including luxury sedans, SUVs, commercial vehicles, and light trucks. Its portfolio of products includes passenger cars, sport utility vehicles, and diesel engines.

CN-AMC was originally founded in 1966 as a joint venture between China Hong Kong Automobile Industry and Dongfeng Motor Co Ltd. It later became a publicly traded company in 2011 listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, with the name Xinjiang China National Automobile Industry Co Ltd. By 2020, it had become the second-largest player in Chinas domestic auto industry, with annual sales of over 10 million vehicles and total assets worth nearly RMB 500 billion (USD 76.5 billion).

China National Automobile Industrial Company has a strong presence in China and has a well-established network of suppliers and dealers.
