Improvement of Lubrication System Control for CNC Machine tools

Abstract

This paper introduces the improvement of the lubrication system control for CNC machine tools. In order to reduce the influence of oil leakage and late lubrication on the service life of mechanical parts, the functions and advantages of oil pressure detection and alarm system, oil quantity control system and oil quality testing system are described. The advantages of the newly developed system are compared and discussed. Finally, through the optimization of the system, the oil leakage of the machine tool and the improper use of the oil can be avoided, and the lubrication state of the machine tool can be improved, so that the working efficiency of the machine can be improved and the service life of the machine tool can be extended.

Introduction

As an important part of modern industry, CNC machine tools are widely used in various manufacturing fields. The service life and overall performance of CNC machine tools depend largely on their lubrication condition. Poor lubrication of CNC machine tools will cause excessive friction between parts, resulting in increased wear and premature failure.

In the traditional machine tool lubrication system control method, an operator manually performs a certain amount of oil charge according to the lubrication requirements of the machine tool. In order to reduce the influence of oil leakage and late lubrication, the development of machine tool lubrication system control has become the premise of machine tool performance and service life.

Oil Pressure Detection and Alarm System

The oil pressure detection and alarm system is a system mainly responsible for checking the oil pressure at the lubrication point of the machine tool. Oil Quality Testing System

The oil quality detector works by sending an ultrasonic wave through the oil, and then reflecting the ultrasonic wave by detecting the small particles embedded in the oil. Then display the oil quality parameters. The oil filter can filter out all the impurities detected by the oil quality detector in order make clean and high quality oil, and realize the protection of machine tool lubrication system.

3. The oil quality testing system can quickly detect the impurities in the oil, and the oil filter can filter out all the impurities in the oil. This makes clean and high quality oil and protect the lubrication system of machine tool.
