Introduction
The Internet has revolutionized the way people communicate and conduct business. Individuals can do almost anything online, including sending mail and packages. However, there is still a need for traditional postal services to deliver products and documents. Postal services are often cheaper than private courier services, so many people still rely on traditional postal services for mailing items. There is a need to understand customers attitudes towards using traditional postal services and how it affects their decision making.
Objective
This study aims to understand the attitudes of customers towards using traditional postal services. Specifically, we will explore the factors that influence customer satisfaction with postal services, their preferences and behaviors when mailing items, and the level of customer loyalty towards their chosen postal service.
Methodology
The research will be conducted through a mail survey. A convenience sample of 1,000 participants will be asked to answer a questionnaire, which will be sent to homes, offices, and other locations. We will use both open-ended and close-ended questions to gather demographic and attitudinal information.
Results
The results of the survey will allow us to understand customer satisfaction with postal services, preferences and behaviors when mailing items, and the level of customer loyalty towards their chosen postal service. The survey results will be analyzed using both descriptive and inferential statistics.
Conclusion
The results of this study will be used to inform businesses about customer preferences and behaviors when using postal services. This information will help businesses to better understand the needs of their customers and adapt their services to deliver better quality services.
