High speed milling technology consists of three major parts: tooling, drive system and control system. Tooling is composed of milling cutter, spindle, flange and other parts with various shapes and sizes according to different materials and processes; drive systems consist of two or four axes of numerically controlled machine tool motors, spindle boxes and other driving parts; control systems are related to controlling device, servo system, shaft encoder and other parts to complete the whole machine Control.
