GB/T 2861.11-90 Cylindrical helical compression springs for die-guiding device
Cylindrical helical compression springs for die-guiding device are a kind of precision components which are widely used in machine tool industry and other industrial fields. GB/T 2861.11-90 is a standard released by the China State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision to specify the technical requirements, test methods and inspection regulations of cylindrical helical compression springs.
The scope of GB/T 2861.11-90 covers the cylindrical helical compression springs used for die-guiding device, which consist of one single spring or a group of springs. These springs are made of carbon spring steel, alloyed spring steel, stainless spring steel and titanium alloy spring steel. The standard specifies the following requirements:
a) The metallographic structure of wire materials should meet the requirements of their steel grades;
b) The surface of the spring should be accurate, smooth and free of cracks, gaps and burrs;
c) The outside diameter, pitch and pitch diameter of the spring should meet the requirements in the table of GB/T 2861.10-90;
d) The total height, free height or working length and permissible coil variation of the spring should be within the range;
e) The drawbar and load tolerance should be within the given range;
f) The platform should be of an appropriate strength;
g) The performance index should be in accordance with the product catalogue and technical conditions;
h) The antirust oil should be applied to springs and other parts except for galvanized surfaces.
The standard also provides for the verification methods, test methods, inspection regulations and marking requirements for the cylindrical helical compression springs for die-guiding device.
