Introduction
The hydraulic system of a rebar rolling mill is the power source of the mill, and the pump is the driving force of the system. The pressure loss of the main pump will affect the operation of the mill and the production of the mill. Excessive pressure loss will cause some components of the system to fail. The pressure loss of the main pump is mainly caused by the following reasons.
Reason one: Due to the wear of the pump itself and the piping of the system, the cross-sectional area of the pipeline will change. This will cause the flow rate of the pump to decrease and the pressure loss to increase.
Reason two: Some components of the system are blocked by foreign objects or the seals are not used well, resulting in pressure loss of the pump.
Reason three:The oil pump is installed in an inclined way, and viscosity of the oil is too large, resulting in pressure loss of the pump.
